John, Right. I've seen Microsoft AntiSpyware react to Kaboodle as if it were spyware, so, yeah, I follow you. And Belarc did NOT show up as spyware when I did a scan. I have to say I was impressed that Belarc showed me the Windows updates that had NOT been installed. Very useful.
