Just a SWAG, but you could try to expire the DHCP lease A lease is normally expired after three days of the client being off- line (not renewing its lease). You can also expire a lease manually by issuing an... IPCONFIG /RELEASE ...command at the machine you want to expire. DHCP Manager can be used to adjust the lease duration.
