A few times, I've gotten a rather rude message that lets me know that the recipient doesn't "support" that feature -- which I took to mean that they had the "Never send a response" feature enabled -- which, I admit, annoyed me. You might want to consider the other side of the problem. If you annoy customers/clients by telling them their message isn't important enough to allow them to track it... Well... Click the Tracking Options button. Click the bullet that says... "Never send a response".
