[dba-Tech] Any FoxPro

I have a friend who has an old version of FoxPro and he needs to export some
data out of it. It's been ages since I used FoxPro last. I think the last
versions I have are 6.0 and 7.0, and they are even installed.

Can someone with FoxPro knowledge give me an idea what the export options
and methods are?
