[dba-Tech] IE Pop-up Blocker disabled

Perhaps a backdoor trojan changed your settings.  Take a look at
Hijackthis.

=======There's no Pop-up Blocker item on my Tools menu (next to the Gear
icon). All paths to Pop-up Blocker end up at the same place, with a
disabled checkbox option and disabled Settings button.
