[dba-Tech] VPC - What Do I Do Now?

I'm running Sun VirtualBox on my Vista Business laptop.
2.4GB Core 2 Duo, 4GB RAM

It takes about 15 seconds to start up an XP VM loaded with Office 2003 or 2007.
