[dba-Tech] Noise canceling headphones

Rocky,

I have purchased the Sharper Image Quiet Place headphones for myself and my
wife and found them to be excellent, and for 1/3 the price of the Bose.  I
know Sharper Image is going through bankruptcy but I am currently looking at
them on ebay right now to purchase a pair for my mother for Christmas this
year as she has expressed interest in a pair of "Bose-like noise cancelling
headphones", to use her words.

The Bose brand is like 2-3x the cost of anything else.  Could they really be
