Hi all Does anyone know how to turn off the sounds for reminders in Outlook 2003? I foolishly opened a group mailbox on a citrix session (no, I don't have permissions to change that), and am having to wait while it goes through the 346 appointments that are overdue, and it beeps at me for each and every one... I can't turn the sound off on my pc, as I'm using a software based phone, and if I can't hear anything, that's kind of useless :-) Trouble is that the noise is being transferred to the person who phones me as well... so I was hoping that outlook might have a setting. Nothing that I can find though!
