[dba-Tech] IE8

I have it on my laptop and have not had any negative experiences with
it at all.  I'm pretty browser tolerant though. I use IE 6 here at
work and FF on my Vista Desktop at home. I really don't have a
distinct preferance for one verses the other. They all seem OK to me.
