[dba-Tech] Catching and banning hackers on your and your clients remote login system

Here is an excellent little product that stops hacker from relentlessly
probing for access to your and your client's remote log on features.

"Fail2Ban" runs in the back-ground, multi-processing, using its own thread
and monitors the system logs for repeated failures of login attempts. If it
finds numerous failures from a specific IP address, the application will set
a block for that address. It IP range and tolerances can be set and it runs
