[dba-Tech] OT: Anyone Using Base?

I have downloaded and installed OpenOffice just to check it out. I notice
that there is an "Access clone" called Base. Has anyone on this list used it
for anything meaningful? I don't really need it or O-O for that matter, but
in my retirement years I am on the lookout for free stuff for NGOs where I
volunteer.
