[dba-Tech] Outlook custom form question

A reader's trying to publish an Outlook 2010 custom Contact form. He wants to use it with all contacts, even existing contacts. I don't work a lot customizing Outlook, but I thought these custom forms were for input -- can you publish a custom form to display existing contact data?
