Ubuntu 13.04 is now ready for installation.

Though this version does have some touch/gesture capabilities full touch
screen version, it will not be until 14.4 that Ubuntu will have a complete
set. Another point to note is that their Cloud capabilities has been
extended to support most frameworks through OpenStack and Amazon.
