There are several answers, and I have not bothered to sort them. a) Depends on what you're wearing to the gig. b) If it's really been several years, then bill high but be prepared to put in 4-5 times the hours you consider billable (the others will be consumed in research). c) You are famous so that's worth an additional $25/hour at minimum.
