[dba-Tech] Github question

I don't have an account with Github, but I frequent it a bit because a few
of Manning's authors host errata pages there. Manning prefers to have them
on site, but not all authors will do that. Anyway, what I'd like to know is
if you can get an email notification if a page is updated? It would seem to
make sense given the nature of the site.
