[dba-Tech] Snipping Tool

Is there a way to create a delay before the Snipping Tool kicks in? I'm
trying to capture the screen while a submenu is open, but as soon as I
click the Snip Tool, the submenu in the program of interest disappears. A
delay of a few seconds would give me time to return to the app and re-open
the submenu.
