Hi again, Arthur, While these key-combinations have not worked for me, I did find them suggested by others for turning the webcam on and off. One was Fn+F6, another was Fn+F7. I have not been successful in finding a key-combination that works for me. Pinning the icon to my taskbar is what worked for me.
