Yes, I have has this problem. Uninstall all browsers except IE. Do a system restore to an earlier time, the farther from now the better. Run MalwareBytes and Eusing Registry Cleaner (both free) then see if IE can connect to the internet. If so, then download the browser of your choice. I suggest you download Firefox first.
