[dba-Tech] Simple online entry form solution

Hi Susan

I played a little with Forms. Really nice for surveys and the like.
A combobox could in most cases be replaced by a group of radio buttons. After all, how many options would you have for an input in this kind of application?

Well, the quickest and easiest method so far is an Excel Online Form or Survey. Both have limitations as far as presenting and entering data, but it's a good temporary solution. It's a great temporary solution.
