[dba-Tech] Widows 10 issues

Probably an original upgrade wrecked the mouse, in the first place and now another upgrade fixed it. I would like to say that is unusual but I can not.

Okay, got a call from Jeanne this morning, wondering what magic I had
done overnight. The mouse is working.
I'm betting a new Windows 10 update came through and fixed the problem.
