recently I updated my firmware so I can use a product called AdGuard to
help block Ads in a smarter way, and also I can use many different DNS
servers and auto-select the fastest ones. so I have OpenDNS, Cloudflare,
and Adguard DNS's configured. the one with the lowest ping time wins and my
overall internet speeds feel faster when reaching websites ;)
