[dba-Tech] pc has visual problems

In my opinion, things to consider and check....

1) physical connection

2) bad cable

3) bad driver

4) Bad video card or circuitry

5) bad monitor

Mostly the isolation of the problem would be swapping things around.
Unplugging and replugging or on another computer to see if things work
there.

Check the cable connection on both ends.  Perhaps a loose cable.

Try the monitor on a different computer or if you have two connections on
the same computer swap them.
