Hi Martin,

Yes, I have done all of these things. I still have the problem. And I'm
struggling to understand why.

I found the crash logs, and they say Exception Type 13. I have not been
able to find out what that actually means.

I've also been given the advice to try to use the web version rather
than the one installed on mt computer, as that may be more stable. While
I find that hard to believe, I am going to try that next.
