[dba-Tech] Incompatible Hard Links?

The answer is, I think so, but I'm not sure. I use OneDrive, and there is a
local or temporary or whatever in my c:\users\[me] directory, but I also
keep a Documents directory on the machine. With apps and Word documents, I
store them locally, then occasionally copy them to OneDrive. But it could
be that I've set it up all wrong. I have no idea how to fix the problem. Or
even if it can be fixed. Once again, in trying to cover my ass, I seem to
have shot myself in the foot.
