[dba-Tech] Password Manager apps

They are stored in an encrypted file, with the password to get into that
only known to you.  It is up to you to use a password that cannot be
hacked.  I use a 12 character password with upper / lower / number /
symbols.  It is ONLY used to get into my password manager.

The passwords are stored on your PC as well as on the web.  The file on the
web is used for syncing passwords, adding a new device, adding a new
password on one of the devices etc.
