Hi John: I am at the same stage you are at but I just finished reading a section from a .Net book about how to add your own events to controls.... It is in a WROX book called Beginning VB.Net 2003, in Chapter 10-13; 'Building objects' and up to 'Creating your own Custom controls'. Does anyone know if every dynamically modifiable property raises an event when the property changes at run time? John W.
