Shamil, I think that as long as you're not charging by some measure of transactions and the site is publicly available that you'll be able to duplicate the site you showed us without being terminated by Google. It would be best to check with them, of course. If I can be of more assistance, please let me know. - Michael R Mattys MapPoint and Database Dev www.mattysconsulting.com - ----- Original Message ----- From: "Shamil Salakhetdinov" <shamil at smsconsulting.spb.ru> To: "'Discussion concerning Visual Basic and related programming issues.'" <dba-vb at databaseadvisors.com> Sent: Friday, September 04, 2009 12:26 PM Subject: Re: [dba-VB] Mapsearch/navigation/businessobjectspresentation/drawinginASP.NETapplication > Hi Mike, > > It looks like GoogleMaps API (not Premier version) can be used for free > even > on commercial web sites with some limitations and my customer business > should fit them: > > <<< > http://code.google.com/intl/en/apis/maps/faq.html > > Can I use the Google Maps API on a commercial website? > > As long as your site is generally accessible to consumers without > charge, you may use the Google Maps API.
