[dba-VB] VS 2010 user interface

Well, John, once you've worked with Microsoft products for a couple of
years, you'll get used to the idea that the interfaces change constantly.
Always for the better, of course.  They do test this stuff on thousands of
users before releasing it.  I think. Or not.
