Brian, "Therefore, if the file contains graphics, the maximum file size can be larger than 32 MB." By what William is saying, he does not have 32MB of text (32MB of text alone would be quite a substantial publication), it's the graphics contained within the document that bloat it past this size, so in effect it's not that the document can't open because he has 32MB of text in it. I would suggest then that there is something either corrupt in the document, or as I said earlier, perhaps a video card driver issue... Straight from the horses mouth "The maximum file size is limited to 32 MB for the total document text only and does not include graphics, regardless of how the graphics image is inserted (Link to file, Save with document, or Wrapping style) into the document. Therefore, if the file contains graphics, the maximum file size can be larger than 32 MB." http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=211489 -- Bryan Carbonnell - carbonnb at sympatico.ca Change is inevitable; progress is optional. _______________________________________________ AccessD mailing list AccessD at databaseadvisors.com http://databaseadvisors.com/mailman/listinfo/accessd Website: http://www.databaseadvisors.com
