Hey All
Found out what causes the flickering.
If you have any statements in the OnCurrent for the form, what happens is
If Conditional formatting is set to Field Value Is  the default goes to 
white, OK..
If Conditional fornatting is set to Expression Is the default goes to 
transparent and flickering.
Big bug.
