Most of this could be done via VBA - but where's the time? It seems that MS
just left this hanging out there for developers to fill in the gap. A bone

This is one of the most frustrating things about Outlook is the hoops you
have to jump through to copy it off to another machine or even get it
reinstalled on a new machine.  It is just stupid really.
