I'm using the the full version under the free "Personal Use and Evalaution" licence". Yes, it supports USB. Each machine uses two files - one for the VM and one for the Virtual Disk. I've also set up an additional Virtual Disk which I can attach to any of the machines as a second disk, as well as shared directory on my underlying OS which I can access from any of the VMs. I'm using Vista32. I'm using version 2.0.6. I see they've just released version 2.1. I'll have to download that later.
