[dba-Tech] XP SP3 is go!

IIRC its under scheduling, there's a checkbox for it to perform on startup.
There's a couple of products that have the default set to update on
startup-SpySweeper being one of those. In that case the PC appears to be
locked up because they don't bother to put any information screen up telling
the user that their PC is totally unresponsive because they've decided to
take it over for 5 minutes ;o)

(not in front of a console because my AVG PC is being used for the Vipre
Beta testing)
