The Additional Actions (sort of an add-in) won't work at all. I've enabled them, disabled them. checked Trust Center, researched. I'm clueless. The Additional Actions item appears on the right-click submenu, but when I click it, whatever app I'm using, closes. Thanks in advance, Susan H.
